1. Products

1.1 All products displayed on our Website/Instagram page are subject to availability and may vary from time to time.

1.2 Certain flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure freshness and longer life.

1.3 Some plants and flowers may be harmful or toxic (e.g., lilies are highly toxic to cats). Customers are responsible for checking suitability before placing an order.

1.4 If a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value and quality. Where possible, we will attempt to notify the customer.

1.5 If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order (including any substitute), we will notify you as soon as possible and process a refund as per Clause 6.

1.6 Deliveries are made on the date selected at checkout, within standard business hours, unless otherwise specified.

1.7 Food or add-on items may contain allergens. Customers must notify us of specific requirements before ordering.

2. Prices

2.1 All prices on the Website/Instagram are valid for 7 days from the date of order placement.

2.2 Prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Prices may differ from those available through our stores, telephone orders, or third-party partners.

2.4 Infinity Flowers reserves the right to change prices without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Orders must be placed through the Website, Instagram page, or our corporate WhatsApp number by providing complete customer and recipient details, including contact numbers and full addresses.

3.2 We accept most major credit and debit cards (excluding Diners and department store cards).

3.3 By clicking “Pay Now,” you confirm acceptance of these Terms.

3.4 Orders are only binding upon confirmation by Infinity Flowers (via email, SMS, or phone).

3.5 Customers must be at least 16 years old to place an order.

4. Delivery

4.1 Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

4.2 Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, shopping malls, or similar institutions may be left at reception or with staff if direct delivery to the recipient is not possible.

4.3 If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or refuses delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A redelivery fee may apply.

4.4 Delivery is currently available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

4.5 Timed delivery services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn during peak periods.

4.6 Infinity Flowers & Gifts is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions).

5. Cancellations, Amendments & Returns

5.1 Customers wishing to cancel or amend orders must contact us immediately at the channel of communication where the order was placed.

5.2 Orders for perishable goods (flowers, plants, customized arrangements) cannot be cancelled once preparation or dispatch has begun.

5.3 Non-perishable items (e.g., gifts) may be returned to Infinity Flowers, Al Quoz 3, 55 22nd St, Warehouse 02, Dubai, UAE, with the order number clearly marked.

5.4 Payments made with stolen or fraudulently used cards will be cancelled and refunded in accordance with applicable law.

6. Complaints & Refund Policy

6.1 If you are dissatisfied with your order, and can provide reasonable proof of the issue in line with applicable UAE consumer protection laws, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email at sales@infinityflowers.ae.

6.2 Our resolution options include:

• A replacement arrangement;
• A store credit for future use; or
• A refund in line with Clause 6.3.

6.3 Refunds

Non-Delivery by Infinity Flowers & Gifts

If Infinity Flowers & Gifts is unable to deliver your order at all due to reasons within our control, you are entitled to a refund of up to 100% of the order value.

Customer Responsibility

Refunds are not available if delivery cannot be completed because:

• Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading address or contact details were provided; or
• The recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

Change of Mind

In accordance with our store policy and the UAE Consumer Protection Law, cancellations and refunds are not permitted in cases where the customer changes their mind after placing the order.

Substitutions

Refunds do not apply where substitutions are made in line with our substitution policy (Clause 1.4), provided the replacement items are of equal or greater value and quality.

Refund Method & Timeline

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Infinity Flowers & Gifts processes approved refunds immediately; however, please allow 5–7 business days or longer depending on your bank’s internal processing. Additional charges or delays may be applied by the issuing bank.

International card refunds may take longer, and additional charges or delays may be applied by the issuing bank. Infinity Flowers & Gifts is not responsible for refund rejections or fees imposed by international banks outside our control.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

7.1 We use all reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to our Website/Instagram pages and Services but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

7.2 Infinity Flowers & Gifts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Website or Service.

7.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights regarding product quality and description.

7.4 Infinity Flowers shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Promotional Codes

8.1 Promotional codes may only be applied to purchases made on the Website for delivery within the UAE.

8.2 Codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.

8.3 Codes may be restricted to specific products, timeframes, or redemption limits.

8.4 Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

8.5 We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend promotional codes at any time.
